      Sets you up to win! They always give you all the material to succeed in this job and make quotas realistic and reachable! Management is fantastic and will help you get to the place you want to be within the company!

      Corporate America drama. Went out on FMLA and was treated poorly.

      Pros

      Great training for those without payroll experience. Career opps are phenomenal as long as you are in the "in crowd".

      Cons

      Very low pay for the industry with extremely HIGH workload. The branch I worked in was notorious for only promoting those that the hiring managers "favored" and not those that were actually qualified. Rehires are also only rehired on the grounds that you are friends with or favored by. You are not rehired on the grounds of your work ability or value you brought to the company. Basically, if you had an X placed on your back there was no hope for a real future with this company. Not all branches operate as such, but you must do your homework. Truly is a very sad situation. My personal opinion- if Martin Mucci could be a fly on the wall at the Atlanta/ Kennesaw branch things may have not turned into a trainwreck
