      People you work with, peers and direct supervisors, are great and exceptional at assisting and advocating for you

      Cons

      Upper management genuinely doesn't seem to care much about their employees, overwork them without allowing for additional overtime

      Excellent benefits, fantastic training, supportive environment

      Cons

      Lack of racial diversity in upper level leadership (VPs and Directors). Black women are currently the most educated demographic in the country. If you aren't finding qualified people of color to work here, then you aren't doing a good job with either retention or recruitment.
