Understaffed and poor organization. They "max" number of clients you're supposed to have is about 200, most specialist have close to 400. It is overwhelming and there is no support from other departments when needed, which leaves you feeling like an idiot and unable to help your clients or answer their questions. Company is now hiring new specialist from other areas where they can pay them less and having them work remote for our larger office. They are poorly trained and have no support system. Therefore their work quality is poor and the rest of us are consistently fixing their mistakes. It can also be very difficult to take your earned PTO. Don't ever plan on taking a vacation or time off around Thanksgiving or Christmas - blackout schedules for November - January.

Hourly pay is less than ideal for tbd account of stress. No overtime allowed but definitely needed in order to complete tasks. Individuals in supervisor roles not always ideal. Can be "drama-filled", just stray away from those.
