Pros

Good base, decent culture if you're winning, and they do happy hours once in a while.

Cons

Poor commission structure that only benefits you if you can sling payroll sales like a robot, the culture isn't good if you aren't doing well for a month and they will pulverize those who don't make their numbers in a month to the point wherein you lose all motivation... it's happened over and over to other reps and now myself. Management will only go on appointments with the reps that are already performing at a high rate. Some territories do not produce much at all. The packages are overpriced for a product businesses can do themselves with a $40/month software system. Business trips are only for winners and winners only win by selling lies and asking for forgiveness later. The CRM system is a mess and there is no documentation management system for collateral for clients and referral sources other than the intranet which is often a dead end. The health insurance is Aetna, which isn't good everywhere.

Pros

They offer great medical, dental, and optometric benefits. Management and supervisors work side by side with their Teams. The company cares for your health and well being and has Health programs for employees to get involved in assisting you to a better quality of life.

Cons

.It can be a stressful environment due to being shorthanded in workers and therefore, others are carrying an extra load of work. This is more on the part of a Payroll Specialist.
