Pros

Good entry level experience for gaining B2B sales experience and business acumen. Work life balance and autonomy to run your day and business is like no other.

Cons

To be an HR company, ironic that turnover for this role and at the company is very high. Speaking to vets on the team, the Novi, MI position turned over 9 new employees within 18months, and commonly listed the Sales Managers lack in new rep development focus and effectiveness. Pay is widely seen as lower than similar roles among other companies in the industry. Training did not seem to adequately prepare new team members for the role. Quota ramp up jumps from 6k to 50-60K within 90days of completing initial training.
