      Worst job of my career, from day one until present

      Expense budget covered sales meals, books, certifications, and client gifts

      Cons

      *Micromanaging - expect to work 60-70 hours a week (75+ during busy season) *Lack of leadership/mentoring *Sink or swim mentality , you're on your own to succeed *Peer-to-peer BULLYING, and leadership BULLYING reps *Lowest commission ever received in my life (They will find a way to cheat you out of every sale with their loopholes) *Favoritism and no discipline for those under leaders wing (You name the type of bullying, it happens. For race, gender, age, tenure, nationality. Management witnesses bullying and smear calling and they do nothing about it. Or they laugh and join in. Reps also have blackmail against leadership so they can get away with murder and they will do nothing about it. The most corrupt and unethical business since Enron.

      Nice facilities, lawn is green, parking lot is plowed.

      Cons

      PD&IT is the most toxic environment at PAYX. They chew people up and spit them out like bad candy.

      Good experience for college grads

      Pros

      Provides a good corporate experience for college graduates. Quite easy to secure employment. Opportunities to transfer departments.

      Cons

      Low hourly pay, feels like working an after school highschool job with a corporate dress code, little respect for non-management. Regardless of employee age, you are treated like a child. BS degree required but jobs can be done by anyone with average intelligence, and so there is an odd discrepancy between work duties and required qualification. Felt like an electronic assembly line.
