      Pros

      It's been a good experience overall at Paychex.

      Cons

      The only real cons is the bureaucracy at Paychex is high, so unless you have a VP sponsor or Sr. Manager that gives you the freedom to do what needs to be done, its a slow process to move things forward. Much slower than small companies I've worked at in the past.
