"Fun*" buildings, catered (pay-deducted) lunches, cheap insurance, stock options (if that's important to you).

Cons

Toxic management and upper management in most departments, especially IT and Security. Very "culty" atmosphere. They bribe employees to make positive social media posts. They also threaten individuals leaving the company with litigation if they talk to any current employees or answer any questions from current employees about their new job. Lastly, hearing about the return-to-office notice verbiage, notices, town halls, and internal statements made by upper management and the C-levels caused my blood to curdle.
