I have been in this role for the past year, and it has been nothing short of incredible. Not only are the people genuine and make work fun, but some of my coworkers have became my life long friends. This job is not easy, but getting to work with new people everyday and helping strive to build a better workplace is what makes the hard work worth it. The paychecks don't suck either. I would highly recommend this job to anyone!

Cons

The vacation time is lacking, but that is all I can think of at this time as a con.
