Paycom has been a stable company to work at for the past 4 years, with reasonable opportunity to grow. The community is great, and my team has been wonderful.

Cons

There is a severe disconnect between C-level and employees, lack of communication, and seemingly absence of care for employee wellbeing. The tech world is advancing in the wake of Covid, but Paycom is regressing.

Long hours but there is care and help from leaders for help.

No training for your expected duties. One day in office for “culture” and to have meetings yet you don’t meet in person Lunches suck Changed job title from Development Operations Engineer to deployment engineer so wouldn’t have to pay dev ops salary.
