Transparent pay system, good stock program, easy to get promoted.

Cons

Company is run more like a sales company that a software company. On certain teams they have very unrealistic deadlines, overtime, and are pushed to rush out quick code over quality.

Pros

I really enjoy and respect all the people I directly work with and this is a great place to learn and grow your skills as a developer.

Cons

Some projects have been a little intense with deadlines this past year. I'm also not a huge fan of working in the office half of the week. I would much prefer going back to working in the office one day a week personally.
