-Opportunity for growth -Ability to grow in your role and several internal development programs -Benefits are a huge perk -Culture -Fast paced environment. If complacency is in your vocabulary this is not the place for you

We move at a very quick pace but this is not necessarily a con. Agility is key!

I have worked at Paycom around 8 months. I have not regretted the change I made to come here for one second. The leadership is fantastic and the teamwork and support is amazing. Paycom cares tremendously about the service they provide to clients. Most projects start or end with how will this be for the customer experience or how can we make a better experience for our clients. It is really amazing to come to work everyday to a company that cares so much for its employees and clients.

Cons

So much food! We eat all the time, so if that is a con, I'll take it! I can't think of anything that that I dislike about going to work
