Pros

High pay, good medical benefits

Cons

Workload is past everyone’s capacity to try to make every dollar matter and get the stock price up. All teams are stretched thin, but TSRs are asked to pick up the slack when other teams aren’t carrying their end of their bargain. When things fall, all the finger pointing goes to the TSR because they’re leading the implementation. Clients recognize how stretched thin everyone is.

Pros

Make good money but at the cost of mental health

Cons

Chad (CEO) leads with fear and everyone is always on edge that they will loose their job. Worked there only 5 years and never once referred a friend or loved one cause it brings misery.

Pros

Pay and even then, they have now changed their bonus structure so there was a pay cut and I foresee that continuing to happen at this sinking ship of a company Good PTO because you need it to survive here

Cons

Work life balance is terrible A bunch of people in management roles who have no right being managers No transparency in leadership which is lead more like a dictatorship Full in office time dressed like you are going on site to clients just to hold meetings by phone or zoom. No jeans.

It is disheartening to come across your review. At Paycom, we strive to create a supportive work culture centered around the health and success of our individual team members by encouraging them to take advantage of paid time off and access to our well-being advisers. In addition, our leadership team takes great care in making decisions, ensuring that they are in full alignment with our company policies, values, and overall goals. We hope you took the opportunity to share your concerns with your leadership before parting ways. If you have additional feedback, please share it with our team at hrmgmt@paycomonline.com.
