      Pros

      Seemed very structured, almost like reading from a script. Good conversation and active listeners They provided emails with items to be prepared for prior to each of the interviews.

      Cons

      I tried to get a bit more added to my base salary offer. Shot down very quickly. I was happy with the offer given so it was not offensive or anything just frustrating that there was not some back and forth.

      Pros

      Mostly a solid product, get to work with customers in a variety of industries, depending on the office, great workers.

      Cons

      Very corporate/conservative company, not very diverse, potential to be overworked.

      Pros

      Paycom is a company that listens to its customers. It also listens to its employees. What a refreshing thing to find in an employer! Every day is different at Paycom and the job does not get old. The benefits package has gotten more and more competitive and so has the pay, over time. As long as Paycom continues to push the envelope with technology and service to their customers, they'll continue to be a company that grows and just wipes out the competition. Come work with us!

      You will have days where this is the toughest job of your life. Stick it out... it's worth it!
