All the resources you need to be successful as long as you are willing to put in the work. Best product on the market, truly believe that what I am selling will make an impact

Cons

Isn't a 9-5 job. You will put in long hours but the financial reward is worth it.

- work is good - benefits are ok till you have to use it - stock benefits

Cons

- middle Management is too big for their britches - upper management blames starter positions when their goals get infected by middle Management - layers of communication between Dev and bug reporter (Dev to Leader to another Leader to Specialist to client) - work overload and high expectation - zero work life balance
