      $4 lunches and good benefits Decent pay

      Cons

      The work itself is very lackluster. Stocks take longer than a few months to start vesting, so you don’t get your stocks till a later time. Team leads seem to be overworked. Company culture is cruel and forces people to conform to their standards. People were hired on the basis that they would be hybrid, but then a full RTO occurs within the next day of starting, which is very misleading.

      Incredibly stressful job with great people

      Pros

      Great people, pay, and benefits. Daily catering is great as well.

      Cons

      You will be worked to death. This job feels like a constant learning game where you can never catch up. Multiple clients fighting for your attention at once. You will continue to receive new clients regardless of if your current ones are able to be passed.
