When you first start, you love it! They trick you into feeling like you matter and that you are heard. The benefits are great, people are friendly, at first. They trick you into a false sense of security and you truly love it at first. The pay is competitive and that makes you want to stay.

Cons

Where to begin...they have favorites. If you don't fit in or are not liked, they will gun for you. They will write you up for every little thing to try and get you out the door. I was a leader, so I know this for a fact and have seen it first hand. Once you are not liked, they will get rid of you. It is very toxic and hours are very long. If you call in, you get wrote up. This company used to care about their EEs, but when they went public, it all went down the drain. They now care about appearance and numbers rather than EEs. Save yourself the headache and run!

-good benefits -cheap lunch meals

Cons

-it’s a scary place to work, never know when you will get walked out -tax department doesn’t get paid enough for the work -paycom likes to not do what they say. So many times I’ve been told something and it didn’t end up happening. Was supposed to get a raise a month ago and now it’s “put off until further notice”.
