Every thing. They give you the work of 3 employees and will bury you with stress and anxiety. As a former intern and full time employee, I saw 10+ reps come and go, 4 managers, and much more. It’s simple, if your the 10% of employees that hits quota you’ll be fine, if not you won’t make it a year. So your answer should be, is it worth being in a suit and tie 5x a week in office to make the industry average? My answer, no chance, made it just over a year and couldn’t bare myself anymore, 0 social life outside work since your working all day and night. Do your research before taking this job.
