Pros

Benefits - $1 health insurance, inexpensive pet insurance at 90% reimbursement. Compensation is good, yearly raises and free appts to see mental health provider.

Cons

Stress levels, workload and pace rapidly increase each month you stay.

Pros

Paycom has the potential to be an amazing company, but falls short as it seems like they have be forgotten that they should care about their employees. They have some fun leagues and good pay.

Cons

Executive leadership is very reactive to situations that arise and they chase what the competitors have already been released. They do not support their staff and leadership has no control over what happens on their teams. There has been a lot of layoffs this year and the company seems to want you to fear for your job as they never address the "firings" after it has taken place.

Paycom is a high-growth, performance-driven organization with extensive benefits and resources for employees. We have not experienced layoffs - in fact, we are still hiring across many of our departments, and we aim to foster a culture that supports our team members’ well-being and success. Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for lateral and vertical advancement as well as overtime and incentive pay.

Cons

Management can often lose sight of why OT is needed and resorts to hounding staff wondering why OT is occurring. There is constant change in the upper management, and even C-levels, of multiple key departments. This leads to a complete lack of direction past a day to day grind.
