Amazing environment and scenery (probably the building to work in Oklahoma). It is a healthy environment, (Fully equipped GYM, $4 dollars meals, healthy options, outside work activities, great benefits, great opportunity to grow). People are friendly and helpful. Unlike some other jobs I've had in the past, at Paycom you can aim for greatest and be competitive without having to step on someone else's toes, there is a piece of cake for each and everyone. If you hate micromanagement, this is probably a good place for you, but you need to be efficient. Paycom is more than just a place you work at; it is a brand.
