      Rewarding Work

      Pros

      While the job can be tough, it is rewarding work. Ensuring the employees get their paycheck, helping HR teams to streamline their processes, providing support during HR most stressful times, and getting to meet and talk with amazing people. The support during stressful times cannot be understated as the support we provide lifts a huge burden off of the teams shoulders and they know that they can rely on us when they need the most help.

      Cons

      While rewarding, sometimes dealing with complex issues can be prove to be exhausting and during those time leadership provides support and guidance. You are never alone as you have a team to help you out.

      Do NOT fall for the Paycom propaganda

      Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT WORK HERE. The reviews are true. Believe them. And in case you haven’t read or heard of them, this company is the most unstable company I’ve ever worked for. They do a good job at marketing themselves and paying for “Best Place to Work” awards year after year, but do not fall for it. I’m not even a bitter employee, I left on my own accord. But you are just a number here. They will fire and lay you off with little dignity and much disrespect, nothing you did or didn’t do could change the outcome. Most people who are still there are simply blindly lucky they haven’t been laid off/fired. Chad Richardson is such an insufferable CEO, who expects people to sell their soul to the green devil. You will not have any work/life balance, despite what they may preach to you. If your job can be replaced with AI, you will be dropped at the drop of a hat with no second thoughts. I could go on and on. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

      Cons

      Everything, absolutely everything. No work to life balance, no job security. If you like mental breakdowns in hallways and debilitating panic attacks in the parking lot of HQ, this is the place for you.

      Great Software Developing Culture

      The developer team focuses on writing high-quality maintainable code and has clear tech spec for individual contributor to follow. Between teams, like quality assurance , product , and software developer, everyone is super nice to help out to move the project forward.

      Cons

      It is a fast growing company and not much cons at this moment.
