Cheap health insurance (if you are single), company does random things for employee morale: food trucks, paycom fair..etc, $4 lunches, and you can get discounts for a lot of places for being a Paycom employee. Honestly, this is not the worst place to work, If you enjoy working in a corporate environment HR does a great job of ensuring comfort and it's definitely one of the better corporate jobs you will ever get.

Cons

Beware of the gray cubicles and hope you get a window. High workload. They have a large focus on customer service, but it's mainly about the money/numbers produced and not the service. Understaffed - always, and this is in every HCM Department - causing heavy workloads for current staff and anxiety to produce results. Departments all have different deadlines - making metrics hard to hit. If we all aren't on the same page how can a project be completed in a timely manner for all parties? This is the same for many departments within Paycom. Micromanaging is a problem but it may just be TL specific.

- Great compensation - Upper management (CSO) is great - Fastest growing technology

Cons

- Local management - the promote good sales people who unfortunately do not make good managers (sometimes they do) - Branch management often says/feels like "my way or the highway" - Last minute emails on the weekends demanding work to be done outside of hours - Very long hours - typically a 7am-AT LEAST 7pm Mon-Friday - Quick to fire/write up - have been some instances of firing without warning

The people at Paycom are wonderful. There is always laughter in the office and coworkers are eager to be there for each other.

Cons
