Pros

If you are looking to start your career and develop skills, working for Paycom will help develop you develop professionally. Compensation is fair, lots of resources available to employees, etc. Community of young professionals eager to learn and grow - great people to work with.

Cons

Lots of travel - which is great if you are into travelling, but it can become exhausting after a while. Departments are not always on the same page and there seems to be confusion in terms of regularly changing processes - no one seems to actually know what is going on. Long hours - working late at night and on weekends is implicitly encouraged. Work-life balance is not the greatest.

Learning and growth- a double edge sword

Pros

Dynamic, growing company. Many positions have opportunity for learning and growth long term. Beautiful campus.

Cons

While there are many great benefits and perks offered at Paycom, they often come as a double edged sword. For instance, catered lunches mean employees don't have to leave for lunch and are oftentimes pressured into taking shorter lunches to get more work done.
