Pros

Winning team environment, team members, innovated software/applications, health benefits, stock purchase program, free gym, $4 lunches. It’s a healthy work environment.

Cons

I haven’t experienced any Cons yet. I’ve been with Paycom for five weeks and it’s been a fast pace learning experience, but not overwhelming.

Pros

Friendly coworkers, beautiful campus (even if the parking situation is a bit insane, lol).

Cons

Employees only given the industry average: pay is nothing special even when you are a top performer. The $1 health insurance is cool, but the premiums for having a family are outrageous and are far more than other companies charge for similar coverage. The lack of a parental leave policy is shameful and down-right punishing to the young people they hire that want to have families. And to get promoted they don’t give you clear targets except “be what they are looking for” whatever that means.
