Pros

Work hard, follow the process and you can be wildly successful. You truly can impact companies in huge ways 7 figure compensation is within your reach if your good Growth potential is huge They love to promote from within the culture in each office is like family each day is a challenge, but if you can master the training and soak everything up like a sponge your knowledge accumulates and gives you an advantage in every new opportunity you get yourself into If you aren't incredibly driven this may not be for you, but if you understand the sales industry and are willing to grind especially hard when you are getting started, the opportunities are endless

Cons

not for the feint of heart, you have to work hard, put yourself out there, be strategic, be efficient with your time, spend time learning outside of regular business hours through a plethora of training provided on the products, how to analyze, industry backgrounds, et. If you aren't incredibly driven this may not be for you, but if you understand the sales industry and are willing to grind especially hard when you are getting started, the opportunities are endless Most sales reps work long hours, but some have mastered their craft and achieve an impressive work life balance, but it isn't easy.
