Pros

Paycom is an amazing place to work with it's focus on employee satisfaction and work/life balance. I have thoroughly enjoyed working for the company as we have special events and giveaways every quarter to give back to employees and there are always opportunities for donations both of our time and financially to more charitable organizations than I can count. Managers provide 1 on 1 meetings to help guide each individual on their team on areas of improvement and feedback on daily interactions they have observed.

Cons

Paycom is a very fast paced culture and knowing that going in is critical. As fast as the company is growing their can be some pressures to work under tight deadlines to make sure the work for our clients is completed. If you are looking for a slow paced environment it probably isn't the right fit for you.

- Some of the best sales training in a short amount of time - allows you to start selling right away, whereas many sales organizations have months of training before you're able to get in the field - Fast-paced environment that make the days fly by - Challenging and sophisticated sell, makes it fun to use strategy, collaboration, etc. - Fun culture of learning and support - TRUE recognition! Both monetarily and within the company itself. The benefits and pay are real - Manager who, no matter what, cares about the success of his reps

The Client Relations Department is the model microcosm for what Paycom represents as a whole. There is a family-like atmosphere where we are empowered to bring our personal skill-set to our role every day and rewarded mightily for it. Not only is the compensation great but the opportunities for growth are clear and abundant if you take the initiative to go for it!

Cons

Constant changes occur without much notice causing for stress that stems all the way from top-level leadership.
