We’re sorry you don’t feel Paycom values its employees as we believe they are our most valuable asset and we would not be where we are today without them. Our $1 healthcare for employees is a tremendous value and benefit, plus we invest in our employees with other incentives, a free gym and subsidized lunch options. Our investment in our employees through career paths, training and development, not only provides the opportunity for increased earning potential but also contributes to Paycom’s success. As we’ve previously stated on Glassdoor and via internal communications, we want to assure you that many factors were taken into careful consideration when making the difficult decision to discontinue Year- End Party. Our leadership team is actively evaluating other initiatives. Finally, we routinely invite employees to review the company according to the guidelines and tools provided by Glassdoor.
