      Can’t see myself anywhere else!

      Pros

      Recently transferred departments, but Paycom is by far the best company I’ve worked for - and the TSR department is incredible. Management cares about your development and personal growth. They also care about your feedback, and make big changes to implement what their employees want. It’s a one team one dream culture, and everyone is there to support you. Growth is endless in both the company and individuals.

      Cons

      Like most rapidly growing companies, the experience ebbs and flows. As a TSR, you are balancing multiple accounts, working with both clients and internal parties, and keeping up with industry changes. The challenges are incredibly humbling, and the wins are hugely celebrated. This role is for self driven, team players who have grit and will work hard.
