I have worked for Paycom for 5 years now. Paycom offers a very rewarding career with endless opportunities, good pay, and benefit options. It is fun to be part of a company that is fast paced and growing so quickly. This place is more than just corporate, concrete buildings; it’s a home away from home. Paycom excels at treating their employees like family. They host many employee and family events that keep you excited to wake up and come to work. I am truly Paycom proud.

The salary is very competitive, they have catered lunches so it’s nice not to worry about packing your lunch. The place is very clean.

Cons

Work life balance is terrible. For a single mother it is impossible be involved in activities and also work at Paycom. Management sucks, it’s all about production and they could care less about you as person.

You are correct the salary is very competitive and that is because our employees provide tremendous value and support to our clients. We also care for our employees and Paycom recently increased PTO accruals across the company so that employees have more flexibility to better accommodate the work-life balance that is best for them. Additionally, employees can always discuss situations with their supervisors. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the management team.

This is the first company I've been in where the level of support and training I've received from day one has blown me away. The management here really believes in their people and you have the opportunity to make a very good living for yourself.

Cons

Honestly, none at all. Sales people work long hours but that's because they have the potential to make a lot of money.
