      Pros

      Good pay. unlimited expenses. changed their training program to provide a better start for new employees. It is possibles the best product in the market

      Cons

      high turnover within the company. hard to feel a sense of belonging. you don't get paid commission until customer goes live, i.e. could be 3-4+ months. takes at least 6+ months to get comfortable.
