      Pros

      In the short time since I joined the company, I have learned so much. I am consistently learning every day. Paycom does a great job of investing in its employees and enhancing their professional growth. On top of that, the company culture is one you can't beat. Great benefits, lunch and campus amenities. Paycom takes care of its employees' needs while inspiring them to be the best they can be.

      Pros

      Paycom offers their employees a lot of benefits and is a good place for young, energetic workers. With a ton of affordable benefits such as $1 health insurance and the opportunity to invest in stock, it's easy to see how much they care. It's also rewarding to be part of a company that cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. There are many opportunities for growth and improvement including pay raises and potential for promotions. Work-load is fair and company-wide engagement, such as monthly luncheons and team-bonding events, are encouraged.

      It's a very team-oriented environment, so you must be willing to collaborate and work well with others!

      1$ Health Insurance, Buy-up dental, PTO, Vacation, Sick, Personal Time, and a great atmosphere!

      Cons

      On-boarding could be a bit smoother.
