8yAt Paycom our employees enjoy a “work hard, play hard” environment. This means while we do have a lot of fun together, we also buckle down and work. Because we’re not sure when you left Paycom, we want you to know we opened a new parking garage in early 2017, which provided hundreds of new, covered parking spaces. Paycom’s leadership team is made of up seasoned professionals and also many who have been with the organization since it was founded, helping to build the organization into the successful technology company it is today. Third, our goal in recruiting is to make sure we find both the best talent and the best fit for a role, meaning candidates go through a variety of evaluation processes specific to the role they applied and are being considered for. While we strive to be accommodating to employees, it’s ineffective for the company to constantly bounce employees around departments without a strategic or operational purpose. We believe you’ll find that to be the case at most organizations. Finally, we understand that Paycom isn’t a fit for everyone and wish you success in your future endeavors.
