      Pros

      The culture at Paycom is amazing! There are countless ways to get involved and make an impact. $4.00 catered lunches, every day! $1.00 health insurance! Seemingly endless career growth opportunities! Amazing leadership!

      Cons

      Growth requires change and Paycom is growing, a lot! Change can be uncomfortable. If you're not comfortable with change, it may be overwhelming.

      $1 employee contribution to heath care plan , great culture, leadership development. inexpensive lunch with a healthy option

      Cons

      No Flextime, daytime hours only.

      Amazing Place To Work

      Pros

      Great people to work with and very helpful coworkers, the atmosphere of working hard, getting results done, and our company rewards us every month. Catered lunches are great also. You are given opportunities to grow in your position all year. I have never experienced a company that strives for excellence and also treats their employees well until I came here. I'm grateful my recruiter at the time invited me in. I can see why our company is so successful.

      Cons

      I haven't found one yet. I have been here a year or so and I have been enjoying it.
