Paycom treats their employees the best way possible. There are many reasons why I love paycom so here are a few: great team environment, great leaders and leadership opportunities, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and so many employee benefits and activities.

Amazing people. Fun events. Lots of t shirts and freebies. Positive and encouraging work environment.

Cons

Only one cafe (for now). 5 o'clock traffic is the worst.

Pros

The earning potential is amazing. They put a lot of focus on personal development and try to expand your sales acumen on a daily basis.

Cons

Unfortunately the earning potential at Paycom comes at the price of your soul. You will learn very quickly that sales at Paycom is more of a cult, than it is a company... And if you're not willing to step on and step over anyone and everyone around you, you will be left behind. I've never been in a room with such materialistic people who act as if they're peers, but deep down view everyone as their enemy. Work company culture I have ever experienced. If you want to chug the kool-aid go ahead, but don't say I didn't warn you.
