Most importantly, Paycom management wants its people to succeed and be known to be a 1st class staff. Continuously investing in the professional development of its staff. *Promotes family first.

Cons

Paycom is not an easy place to work. One needs to be ready to fight to win, bring grit, and be ready to learn. In doing so, we all get to enjoy in the success of Paycom!

Pros

Not many people get to wake up each day and look forward to going to work, but I do. Each day is challenging, yet, rewarding. The people who work at Paycom are incredible. No matter what the circumstances are, I know I can depend on anyone who works here. It is a great collection of technology and people. That’s the recipe that makes Paycom great.

Cons

From an employee perspective, there isn’t much to complain about. Do you have to work hard? Yes. Is it a job? Yes. It would be nice to see Paycom help cover more of the cost for dependent coverage but I love my $1 healthcare.
