Pros
Perks are top of the line: Great medical coverage offered at only $1 per pay period Comparable 401K match offered Stock purchase plan Daily catered meals for $4 (healthy and normal) On-site gym and exercise classes .. just to mention a few One of my favorite pros is how you are rewarded consistently for working hard. Feedback is encouraged and offered abundantly - those who work hard at their job are rewarded accordingly. The environment is extremely fast paced and not for everyone - you have to really want to be working here everyday. If you can't embrace the vision (which doesn't always mean roses and lollipops with our feet kicked up) moving us towards a leading position in the industry and/or are not willing to work hard to make that happen, then maybe this isn't the place for you.
Cons
The job can be overwhelming at times if you cannot prioritize and use resources given to work smart. There is without a doubt enough time in the day to complete all tasks asked of you, however sometimes you have to think creatively in order to accomplish everything required in your limited time.
