      Pros

      I work as a Transition Specialist for the Boston office and it is an amazing place to work! We there is amazing team culture and shout out to an amazing, supportive boss - Tori. I love my team and I am always pushed to be better. We have really strong benefits and are continuing to ensure we are competitive with our benefits. A majority of leadership is from internal promotions. After coming from a company that did not value internal promotions, this was a huge selling point for me.

      Cons

      Paycom is not a role for someone that does not want to challenge themselves. This is not always a 9am-5pm role, but is very rewarding and I would much rather have a challenging role than be bored at work each day.
