      Pros

      Paycom has been the best company I have ever worked for. I come from a background of Customer Service Management and Sales. I was wanting more from a Company, more incentive, more growth opportunities and more responsibility. I finally found Paycom!! The atmosphere and the people are open, encouraging and positive. Paycom is the place to work and the answer.

      Cons

      I honestly dont have any. Paycom is growing and continues to listen and meet the needs of their people.

      Pros

      Paycom is growing like crazy. There are tremendous opportunities to move forward in your career at a rapid rate. I'm challeneged to be my best on a daily basis. I would not recommend working here if you aren't into being held accountable. This is a very goal oriented, metrics driven environment. There are a lot of changes being implemented currently to improve efficiency across the board. There will be some bumps in the road, but I'm excited about the end result.

      Cons

      If you leave at 5:00, excpect heavy traffic. There are police officers stationed to help traffic flow.
