      Pros

      I love that paycom gives you a path to a career. At paycom everyone is friendly and also cares about not only your professional life but as well as your personal life as well. They have a great group of leaders. There are a ton of perks including food vendors and gyms, and free sodas/ coffee. You can tell thay paycom has great morals and respect for all their employees. This is the first company that has provided office supplies and even feminine products. It seems very easy to do your job when you have great leaders you respect.

      Hiring process can take a little long.

      Pros

      The people I was fortunate to work with at Paycom are truly some of the most talented professionals I have had the opportunity to work with in my career. The culture of the HR department is second to none and you really can't beat the benefit package. The training opportunities and the amount of growth that is fostered is something that I have never experienced at another employer. I also really enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with and work across different business segments. I would absolutely recommend Paycom HR as a good place to work!

      Cons

      Besides during COVID 19, no work from home opportunities are available. I do think there should be more flexibility there, but being on campus is really important to really feel the positive culture of Paycom and all they have to offer employees.
