Pros

The interview process was outlined before my interview began. The recruiters were there to assist me through the hiring process, as well as provide me with the tools necessary to be successful. After beginning here, the training program was equally as helpful. Everyone here is determined to give you the tools you need to do well.

Cons

My training did not start for a few weeks after I got hired, but everyone on my team was extremely helpful in teaching me and answering any questions I had.

There are no cons, per se. Being a Paycom Specialist has its challenges, as does every job. The best part about Paycom is that you are constantly being encouraged to grow and stretch your knowledge and aptitudes. Management wants you to grow, so they are absolutely willing to help you succeed in any capacity.
