      - In such a fast paced environment and with the company's exponential growth, it's a constant challenge keep up with the business and the visionary work in progress, it means you have to be committed to your won personal growth, and supporting the same growth in those around you

      Pros

      Growth mindset company, highly focused on development of people and leaders. The people exhibit a learning, growth and gritty mindset - with culture to match. Alignment of company strategy with day to day actions of team - the result is a winning culture, with accountability and a highly successful company. Very enjoyable for those looking to stretch and continue to invest in their growth.

      Cons

      As long as you are willing to stretch, you will have a blast. Must be comfortable "building" and with continuous improvement. Been an awesome 2 years.

      Most Professional Salesforce in America

      Pros

      Very good at training employees. Amazing technology to sell. It is easily the best product to differentiate on sales calls. Culture drives the office and makes everyone around each other better each day. You have the ability to scale into a leadership role very quickly.

      Cons

      Continue to develop sales enablement tools. We have great tools now, but I know there's more we can tap into.
