Great Personal Growth - Training - Support from other teams great work culture - 401k match - Employee stock purchase program - great health and mental health benefits - vacation days- floating holidays - sick leave - large cafe's with catering daily with healthy options - security on site- gym and work out classes (no fees)- parking garages

Cons

I'm sure there are some, I just can't think of any at this time.

Pros

Great pay, and leadership opportunities. Paycom really cares about their people. They are constantly evaluating the benefits package and adding to better support their employees. The company believes in rewarding their people and giving generous merit increases every year.

Cons

There are no real cons for working at Paycom if you are a hard worker. The environment is fast paced and challenging. However, you will grow professionally and personally which makes it worth every minute.
