C-Suite puts employees and the community first, great pay and opportunity, strong future outlook. Very proud of the flexibility and response of our leadership during this unprecedented time. We went from no one working from home to 90% within a week to ensure that we could continue to support our clients and keep all employees safe. Plus, the company is strong enough that we are continuing to hire and promote during this time. That's the exception right now as so many other companies are having to make very hard decisions. I am so proud to be a part of the Paycom family.

Outside of the COVID-19 response, no work from home opportunities currently

Pros

Benefits are great. Fun employee perks during the stressful times of year. Great coworkers. Be prepared to learn.

Cons

The position requires you to wear many hats that are not really specified up front. Like any job, it can be pretty stressful at times, but there are peaks and valleys. Your Team Leader and Supervisor can make or break the job.
