Thank you for the review! We would like to clarify that while the circumstances around an employee termination may vary, Paycom believes in working with employees who may be struggling. Employee satisfaction, engagement and retention is important to the organization.

Pros

Incredible training and continued opportunity for development, average income for sales rep is 289k, inspiring leadership, overall great environment for those willing to work very, very hard.

Cons

Very challenging job and not a lot of time off your first year but it's all worth it for the insane amounts of money we make and the career experience we gain.

The REAL Truth.

Pros

While some see the "culture and benefits" as a pro, that won't keep employees for the long haul. If you quantify pros there could be many, however there aren't really any quality reasons to work here.

Cons

The corporation employee nightmares are made of. Financialization in its most sinister form. Most of the positive reviews are most likely false, employees are terrified they will lose their jobs in most client facing departments. People cry and have panic attacks everyday. It's sad when management claims to know who posts each negative review, no wonder people hide behind fake words. Why wouldn't they post a euphemistic review pretending things are great?

Thank you for the candid feedback. As a current employee, we definitely don’t want you to feel insecure about your job security or for any employees to suffer from issues with anxiety. Secondly, we want employees to know they are heard. This is why we have our Employee Assistance Program and anonymous reporting hotline and we hope you will take the opportunity to use those resources available to you. Regarding Glassdoor reviews, we can definitively say they are completely anonymous and voluntary based on their terms of service and our participation as an employer. We hope you’ll take advantage of the resources available to all Paycom employees.
