      Pros

      The team celebrates each other and genuinely cares. They are welcoming. The leadership understands that there's more to life than work, while still taking their work seriously. We have fun, get things done and support each other. I love my team and I am so happy to work for a company I can be proud of. Recent decisions by senior leadership in regards to where we advertise, and our response to the ongoing pandemic situation have been phenomenal. I'm so proud to say I work here.

      Cons

      I wish the PTO/Sick leave went off of years of service total, not just Paycom years of service. It's not fun to leave a job you'd been in for a long time with many weeks of PTO to start all over like you're new to working.
