Paycom has helped me grow professionally and personally in so many ways. We are compensated for our hard work and recognized in many ways for a job well done. Our culture is also unmatched, we are not only co-workers but truly great friends who collaborate with each other and help each other succeed.

Pros

People - The culture at Paycom is second to none, everyday I wake up and get to come work with people I enjoy on projects I enjoy. Growth - There are many opportunities for growth at Paycom, I believe the leadership at Paycom recognizes the value of investing in their employees. Leadership - I have been very impressed with the leadership at Paycom. Technology In Oklahoma - As a technology professional it has been nice to be able to stay in my home state and be part of building a nationally recognized company. Values - Working for a company that aligns with my personal values was very important too me, having grit, serving, and learning are not only company values but characteristics that are very important to me. Extracurricular Activities - Paycom has a gym on site which provides a great place to take a midday break and reset. There are many sports leagues going on throughout the year.

Cons

There is not really a con that comes immediately to my mind when thinking about my time at Paycom. The traffic can be a little hectic if right before 8 and a few minutes after 5, but steps have been taken recently that have alleviated some of those issues. I
