Paycom is such a great company to work for. Not only has it made me challenge my skill sets tremendously but it has opened my eyes to really being able to grow within a company and build a solid career. I have never worked for a company that has such great training as well as leadership. This CRR position is not an "easy position" there is so much that goes into it. It takes someone who is dedicated, self- motivated and has a great set of communication skills. You have to be willing to go to work everyday and give it your all. Make sure to meet with your clients and uphold all of your responsibilities that tie into the position. Paycom is growing greatly and there is a lot of opportunity to grow within the company.

Cons

There is a lot of traveling but it all will pay off!

Pros

A lot of companies use the phrase "work hard, play hard" but there is no better company to put this into practice than Paycom. Yes, there are long hours and stressful days but your hard work is always rewarded by not only a great paycheck but the support and recognition from teammates, managers, and even upper level management. Paycom invests a lot of resources in their employees and they really give you every opportunity to succeed both professionally and personally.

Cons

Some long and stressful days but it pays off. If you are looking for a normal 9-5 "desk job" this is not for you.

Pros

Working at Paycom I feel like a very valued and appreciated employee! We are rewarded with amazing benefits, great lunches, fun days, casual Fridays, an on site gym and so much more. I strongly believe that all of these things are provided because they know everyone is a piece to the puzzle of the success Paycom has and they want to show their appreciation for that. People will be more willing to work hard if they are happy and I strongly believe that is the case here!

Cons

The only con I can think of is people who come to work for Paycom because they want to be apart of a fantastic company but are in a position that is not suited for them and do not enjoy it.
