Friendly environment. $4 lunches. Growth. Opportunities. Paycom really takes good care of you!

Cons

It's my first full-time position since I just graduated college. I can't think of any but some overtime for the position that I have. There's busy periods, but that was notified to me several times before I accepted the position.

Paycom really cares about their employees and wants them to succeed. They have created a really positive atmosphere. Everyone is always happy to help you learn and grow. This company is a great place to build a career. The gym and $4 lunches are a plus.

Cons

Crowded parking and everyone rushing to leave at the same time.
