      Pros

      Paycom is a company that does not settle for stagnation as we are constantly challenged to find new ways to innovate and be at the very top of our industry. The level of rapid growth that continues to take place provides high level opportunities for every employee in any department. Paycom also has an evident dedication to leadership and ensuring every person is set up for success in their respective role. The job can be challenging but almost always equally rewarding as Paycom strives to give back to its employees any chance they get. I would recommend this company to any person that is not only looking for an exciting new job but a lifelong career.

      Cons

      Although rewarding, the fast past environment that Paycom thrives in does bring a constant need for changes and improvements. At times these changes can be temporarily challenging to work through but they are always meant to not only service our customers at the highest level but also make valuable use of the employees' time and efforts.

      Amazing leadership starting at the Executive level and cascading down through the leaders of Departments, individual Team Leaders, and employees stepping up and leading upwards. The commitment to employee development is like none other. The training and resources available to employees allows people to grow and own their career. Combine this with a positive culture and drive for continued improvement, it results in the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest not only in the OKC area, but nationwide.

      Paycom is transforming an industry while simultaneously growing at a rapid pace. We are committed to continue getting better everyday which can lead to changes at a rapid pace. Change can be hard, but we do hard things at Paycom. That's what makes us special. Not everyone is able to adapt to the pace of continued improvement we experience, but those that can have endless opportunity.
