Pros

Great working environment. Everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Great teamwork environment. No micromanaging supervisors are there for you when you need them but not all over you. Benefits are great. Paycom treats it employees like people not objects!

Cons

No flex scheduling. Would like the ability to work remotely if needed.

Pros

Paycom provides a fantastic opportunity to start and expand a career. Through my time here I have been promoted multiple times and seen friends and co-workers get the same opportunity. The resources they provide, the people the hire, the benefits they offer, and the product they offer to their customers is all top of the line. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

The growth trajectory of the company requires everyone to move at a very fast pace which can be quite a challenge sometimes. While this can be a con, it also makes for an exciting work environment.

Paycom is a fast growing company with plenty of opportunities for advancement. I love the fast-paced, high energy, ever-changing environment. The opportunity for personal and professional growth is unlike any other company I have worked for. Paycom invests in its employees and its evident in the work hard, play hard culture. If you enjoying working with other like-minded driven individuals then this is the place for you!
